Osoa Purchase Terms

Welcome to Osoa.
This Purchase Terms Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms and conditions applicable to purchases made within the Osoa mobile application, including subscriptions, virtual coins, and other digital products.
This Service is operated by FlashyAi Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing any subscription, coins, or other digital products through Osoa, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Digital Products and Purchases
Osoa may offer optional paid features, including:

• Virtual coins (“Coins”)

Purchases are optional and are not required to use the basic features of Osoa.
All purchases are for digital content and services provided within the Osoa platform.
2. Subscription Services
Osoa may offer subscription-based features that provide access to premium functionality.
Subscription benefits may include, but are not limited to:

• Other subscription-only features

3. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment platform to charge your account for the renewal amount.
The renewal price will be the price displayed at the time of subscription unless otherwise notified.
4. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device platform settings.
Apple App Store
For subscriptions purchased through Apple:

Google Play
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play:
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
Deleting the Osoa app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
5. Subscription Billing
Subscription payments are processed by the applicable platform provider, including:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play
The payment method associated with your account will be charged according to the subscription terms shown at purchase.
Subscription fees may include applicable taxes depending on your location and platform policies.
6. Coins and Virtual Currency
Osoa may offer virtual currency called “Coins”.
Coins can be used for eligible digital interactions and features within Osoa.
Coins:
• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Are not legal tender.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be withdrawn.
• Cannot be transferred or sold to other users.
• Cannot be used outside of Osoa.
Coins are licensed to you for use within the Osoa platform and do not represent ownership of any monetary asset.
7. Delivery of Digital Products
After a successful purchase:
• Subscription benefits will become available according to the subscription plan.
• Coins will be credited to your Osoa account.

8. Refund Policy

• You may lose access to purchased digital products.
• Purchased Coins and subscription benefits may not be recoverable.
We may restrict or remove access to digital products when necessary to protect the Service, users, or comply with legal requirements.
10. Pricing Changes
Prices for subscriptions, Coins, and other digital products may change from time to time.
Any price changes will be displayed before purchase or renewal as required by applicable platform rules.
Existing subscriptions may be affected according to the rules of the applicable payment platform.
11. Payment Security
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Osoa does not store your full payment card details.
Payment providers process your payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Purchasing subscriptions, Coins, or other paid features does not guarantee:
• Matches
• Messages
• Replies from other users
• Relationships
• Any specific outcome
Osoa provides tools to help users connect, but interactions and relationships depend on individual users.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions will be made available through the Service or our website.
Your continued use of paid features after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
